संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी सूचना

यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्रीको लागि बैंक समक्ष लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनु भएकोले यस बैंकको मिति २०८३ साल जेष्ठ २५ गते सोमवार (०८ जुन २०२६) मा बसेको संचालक समितिको बैठकबाट निर्णय भए अनुसार हाल यस बैंकमा कायम इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र यस बैंकका कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क राख्न हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौ । साथै उक्त समयावधि भित्र कुनै निवेदन प्राप्त हुन नआएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस सम्बन्धमा बैंकहरुलाई जारी गरेको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुको दावी नभएको सम्झि बिक्रीको लागि प्राप्त उक्त संस्थापक शेयरहरु खरिद गरी लगानी गर्न चाहने अन्य नयाँ व्यक्तिहरु खोजी बिक्री गरिने व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । साथै, बिक्री गर्ने संस्थापकहरुको नाम, बिक्री मूल्यका सम्बन्धमा कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गरी बुझ्न हुन समेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares

Since the promoter shareholders of this bank have submitted a written application to the bank for the sale of promoter shares registered in their names, and as per the decision of the Board of Directors meeting held on २०८३ Jestha २५, Monday (०८ June २०२६), this notice is published for interested promoter shareholders currently existing in this bank to purchase promoter shares. We request you to contact the company secretary's office of this bank within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. Furthermore, if no application is received within the said period, in accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, २०७३, the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to banks in this regard, and other prevailing laws, it will be assumed that the said promoter shareholders have no claim, and this notice is published for the information of all concerned that new individuals interested in purchasing and investing in the said promoter shares will be sought for sale. Additionally, information regarding the names of the selling promoters and the selling price can also be obtained by contacting the company secretary's office through this notice.
