Pawan Kumar Acharya Appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Sanima Bank

Sanima Bank Limited has appointed Mr. Pawan Kumar Acharya as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The decision was made during the bank’s Board of Directors meeting held on Monday, Kartik 24, 2082 (November 10, 2025) at 4:30 PM.

According to the notice issued by the company secretary Mr. Rudra Prasad Banjara, Acharya’s appointment will be effective from Magh 12, 2082, for a four-year term.

He succeeds Mr. Nischal Raj Pandey, whose tenure as CEO will end on Magh 11, 2082. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Acharya was serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (DCEO) of Sanima Bank.

The bank has also informed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), CDS and Clearing Limited, Office of the Company Registrar, and Sanima Capital Limited about the appointment.
