The Council of Ministers has publicly disclosed the property details of the Prime Minister and other ministers. Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal has 2.5 million rupees in cash deposited in Everest Bank, a house with 14 kattha land in Bharatpur Metropolitan City, and 1 kattha of land in the name of his late wife Sita Dahal. He also owns 5 tola of gold.

Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Rabi Lamichhane has 105,000 rupees in Nepal Bank Limited and 5,000 rupees in Global IME Bank. He owns 1 ropani and 1 anna of land in Bhaktapur, inherited from his family. His wife Nikita Poudel has a house worth 37.5 million rupees on 5 anna land in Budhanilkantha, with a 25 million rupee bank loan still to be paid. Nikita also owns 80 tola of gold, 15-20 kg of silver, a 25% share in Gopikrishna Central Complex, and a Tata Nexon electric car worth 4.2 million rupees. Additionally, she is the director of Nari Television and Gopikrishna Kamakshya Media Company, valued at 30 million rupees and 10 million rupees, respectively.

Labour, Employment, and Social Security Minister DP Aryal owns land worth 52.8 million rupees across 12 locations, a house in Kathmandu, gold and cash reserves, 150 tola of gold, 100 tola of silver, 10 tola of diamond jewelry, 21.8 million rupees in cash, 67,000 shares, a Prado car worth 12.54 million rupees, and ownership in Swyambhu Star Banquet, Sumire Travels and Tours, Easy Link, and APA Handicrafts, valued at 22.3 million rupees.

Education, Science, and Technology Minister Sumana Shrestha has 15 million rupees in her bank account, 24.1 million rupees in her husband's name, 11.5 million rupees in NIC Asia Bank, and 3.7 million rupees in Everest Bank. She owns 8 ropani and 6 anna of land in Kavre, 11 tola of gold (gifted during marriage and inherited), 100 tola of silver, a diamond set, a diamond ring (inherited), a scooter, and an electric car.

Tourism, Culture, and Civil Aviation Minister Hit Bahadur Tamang has 750,000 rupees in Rashtriya Banijya Bank, 1.3 million rupees in movable assets, 12 ropani and 8 anna of ancestral land in Panchakanya, Nuwakot, 6 tola of gold, and 7-8 tola of silver.

Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Jwalakumari Sah owns ancestral land in Kalaiya Sub-Metropolitan, land in Jitpur Simara Sub-Metropolitan-16, her husband's 50 kattha of ancestral property in Jitpur Simara, and land purchased for 5 million rupees in Sarlahi. She has 10 tola of gold, 25 tola of silver, 30,000 rupees in her bank account, and a two-and-a-half-story house built on 4 kattha of land.

Communication and Information Technology Minister Rekha Sharma has a two-and-a-half-story house on 6 anna and 1 paisa of land in Kirtipur, 6 tola of gold, 2 tola of silver, 150,000 rupees in Rashtriya Banijya Bank, 28,000 rupees in Everest Bank, 2 million rupees in Karina Savings and Credit Cooperative, and a Hyundai car worth 3.6 million rupees.
