Yogesh Daruka Resigns as Director of Balephi Hydropower Ltd.; Dinesh Dongol Appointed as New Director

Kathmandu — Balephi Hydropower Limited (Upper Balephi ‘A’ Hydropower Project – 36 MW) has announced a change in its board of directors. Director Mr. Yogesh Daruka has resigned from his position citing personal and business reasons.
According to the company’s official notice, the Board of Directors meeting held on Ashwin 21, 2082 (October 7, 2025) approved Mr. Daruka’s resignation. Following the acceptance, the company has appointed Mr. Dinesh Dongol to the board for the remaining term.
The appointment of Mr. Dongol will be subject to approval in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The notice, signed by Ms. Asmita Adhikari, was formally submitted to the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) to inform regulatory authorities about the leadership change.
Balephi Hydropower, which operates a 36 MW hydropower project in Sindhupalchok district, stated that the appointment aims to ensure smooth governance and strengthen the company’s management structure.
