1,22,443.49 Units of Promoter Shares of Support Microfinance Converted Into Public Shares

A total of 1,22,443.49 units of promoter shares of Support Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMB) have been converted into public shares.

Following the conversion, the company now has 1,224,434 units listed on NEPSE. The shareholding structure of the company stands at a 60:40 promoter-to-public ratio. Of the total shares, the promoter group now holds 734,660 units, while the public group holds 489,774 units.

As of the latest trading session, SMB shares closed at Rs. 2,185.00.
