Approval Granted for Rights Issue of Raptai Hydro & General Construction Limited

The Nepal Securities Board has approved the rights issue of Raptai Hydro & General Construction Limited, offering 61,279,938 ordinary shares at a rate of NPR 100 per share, in a 1:1 ratio.
