Gold Price Rises, Silver Sets New All-Time Record

Gold and silver prices increased sharply in the Nepali market on Sunday. The price of gold rose by NPR 2,800 per tola, while silver surged by NPR 210 per tola, setting a new all-time high. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation, gold is trading at NPR 270,600 per tola today, compared to NPR 267,800 per tola on Friday.

Similarly, the price of silver climbed to NPR 4,990 per tola, marking the highest level ever recorded in the domestic market. On Friday, silver was traded at NPR 4,780 per tola. The latest increase has surpassed the previous record of NPR 4,935 per tola set on Poush 23.
