Hulas Steel Begins Rights Issue

Hulas Steel Industries Limited has started issuing 1,712,006 rights shares from today, Falgun 18. The company is offering these shares at a ratio of 100:22.1800129, with a face value of NPR 100 each. Shareholders registered as of Poush 28 can apply until Chaitra 3. Those uninterested in purchasing can sell their rights to other existing shareholders. Application forms are available at the company’s registered office, Golchha House, Kathmandu.
