Kishor Jung Karki Appointed as Chairman of Prabhu Bank’s Board of Directors

Kishor Jung Karki has been unanimously appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prabhu Bank Limited. The decision was made during the board meeting held on Thursday, Ashad 19.
The meeting also decided to appoint Ramesh Raj Aryal, a resident of Kageshwori Manohara Municipality-7, Dakshin Dhoka, as an independent director.
The bank expressed its expectation that the new leadership will play a significant role in strengthening the institution’s governance and management.
