Manjushree Finance Declares 15% Cash Dividend

Kathmandu – Manjushree Finance Limited has announced a dividend payout for its shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2081/82. The company has proposed to distribute 15 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.

The decision was made during the Board of Directors’ meeting held on Tuesday, Aswin 7. The dividend proposal is based on the company’s accumulated profit and audited financial statements of the fiscal year.

According to the company, the proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and subsequent endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This move is expected to directly benefit shareholders while also strengthening investor confidence in the company’s market position.
