Moru Digital Wallet Prepares for Public Offering

Moru Digital Wallet is gearing up to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO), marking a significant milestone in the Nepalese digital payment industry. The company, known for its innovative payment solutions, is in the process of transforming into a public limited company to meet regulatory requirements set by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).

This decision signals Moru’s ambition to expand its market reach and attract new investors. The transition to a public limited company, as confirmed by director Rishiram Adhikari, is already underway. According to Adhikari, the IPO will be issued following approval from the regulatory bodies. This move aligns with the company’s long-term vision of becoming a key player in Nepal’s rapidly growing digital economy.
