Nepal Doorsanchar Company Announces 30% Cash Dividend, AGM Scheduled for Poush 30

Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC) has announced a 30 percent cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. To approve the proposed dividend, the company has called its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 30 at Rastriya Sabha Griha, Pradarshani Marg, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM. For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has declared the book closure period from Poush 20 to Poush 30. Accordingly, shareholders who have maintained ownership through trading on NEPSE up to Poush 17 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
