RNLI Calls 8th AGM to Approve 12% Bonus Shares and 0.63% Cash Dividend

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) has called its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to endorse the proposed dividend distribution from the profits of the previous fiscal year. The meeting is scheduled to take place on Ashadh 2 at Amrapali Banquet, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM.

The AGM will pass a special resolution to distribute a 12% bonus share and a 0.63% cash dividend for tax purposes based on the current paid-up capital. Additionally, the meeting will approve other proposals such as authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association and appoint an auditor.

For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company has declared a book closure on Jestha 26. Hence, shareholders who hold shares until Jestha 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the announced dividend.
