Siddhartha Bank Limited Proposes 10.53% Dividend for FY 2081/82

Kathmandu — Siddhartha Bank Limited (SBL) has announced a 10.53% dividend proposal for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The decision was made during the 461st meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) held on Ashwin 21. As per the decision, the bank will distribute a 5.53% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 77.91 crore, and a 5% bonus share worth Rs. 70.44 crore.
The bank’s paid-up capital currently stands at Rs. 14.08 billion (Arba). The cash dividend portion includes the tax amount applicable to the bonus shares.
This proposed dividend will come into effect only after obtaining approval from the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and subsequent endorsement from the bank’s Annual General Meeting (AGM).
With this announcement, Siddhartha Bank joins the list of commercial banks declaring dividends for FY 2081/82, offering a moderate return to its shareholders.
