The Multi-Factor Signal System

Buy Signal Criteria

Strong Buy: Composite above 75 + RSI 50-75 + Accumulation volume + Bullish pattern. Strong Sell: Composite below 40 + RSI above 80 + Distribution volume + Bearish pattern. Moderate Sell: Composite below 50 + Bearish engulfing at resistance. Currently 36 stocks show bearish engulfing - check if they are at resistance levels.

Signal Accuracy

Backtesting shows: Single indicator signals = 50-55% accuracy. Dual indicator confirmation = 60-65%. Multi-factor composite = 70-75%. Adding volume confirmation = 75-80%.
