Application Process for Prabhu Mutual Fund’s Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme Begins

The application process for the Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme under Prabhu Mutual Fund began today, 23rd Jestha. The Securities Board of Nepal has granted approval to release units worth NPR 40 crore, with a total of 4 crore units to be issued at an issue price of NPR 10 per unit.
7.5% (30 lakh units) of the units are reserved for the scheme’s promoter, Prabhu Bank, and 7.5% (30 lakh units) are reserved for the scheme’s manager, Prabhu Capital. A total of 2.5 crore units are open for public subscription. Investors can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 3.1 million units. The application period will end on 27th Jestha, but may extend until 6th Asar if necessary.
The scheme has been rated "ICRA NP Issuer Rating Triple B Minus" for Prabhu Bank and "CARE NP AMC Quality 3 Plus" for Prabhu Capital. Applications can be made through banks and financial institutions authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal, as well as online via CDSC's My Share system.
