On Falgun 15, 2080, Nepal Investment Mega Bank conducted its 38th Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2080/81. The meeting saw the unopposed election of four institutional group members—Prithvi Bahadur Pande, Dipankar Shakya Uday, Prajanya Rajbhandari, and Madan Kumar Acharya—and the election of Kavi Kumar Tibrewala and Shalik Ram Belbase from the general shareholders' group to the board. The bank reported a net profit of NPR 4.11 billion. Deposits increased by NPR 46.58 billion to NPR 4.07 trillion, and loans rose by NPR 6.10 billion to NPR 3.18 trillion. With 272 branches, it serves over 3.2 million customers.
