Bishal Bazar Company to Distribute 14% Dividend

Bishal Bazar Company Limited is set to distribute a 14% cash dividend (including tax). The board meeting held on Magh 28 approved the dividend proposal, which will be finalized in the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for Falgun 28 at Tribhuvan Army Officer’s Club, Kathmandu, starting at 11 AM. The AGM will discuss financial statements from FY 2070/71 to 2075/76 and appoint an auditor for FY 2080/81 and 2081/82. Additionally, one director will be elected from the public shareholders. The company will close its book on Falgun 9, meaning shareholders holding shares until Falgun 8 will be eligible for the dividend.
