Book Closure of Global IME Balanced Fund–1

Global IME Capital Limited has announced the book closure date of Global IME Balanced Fund–1 on 12th September 2025 (27th Bhadra 2082).
As decided in the 194th board meeting, the fund will distribute a 12% cash dividend worth Rs. 12.3 Crores to its unit holders. Only those unit holders registered till 26th Bhadra 2082 will be eligible for the dividend.
The fund, with a size of Rs. 1.02 Arba, is a closed-end mutual fund scheme with a maturity period of 10 years. Currently, its last traded price (LTP) stands at Rs. 11.12.
