City Hotel Limited’s Right Share Issue Closes Today

City Hotel Limited has announced that its ongoing right share issue will close today, Ashoj 26, 2082 (October 12, 2025).
The company had opened the sale of right shares in a 1:0.80 ratio to its existing shareholders as of Shrawan 26, 2082. Based on its paid-up capital of Rs. 1.674 billion, City Hotel issued a total of 13,392,000 right shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per share.
The right share issuance was opened on Bhadra 23, 2082 (September 8, 2025) and will officially close today, Ashoj 26, 2082 (October 12, 2025), during regular banking hours. The company has urged all shareholders who have not yet applied to submit their applications by today to secure their entitlement.
