Debenture Allotment Completed for Siddhartha Bank and Nepal SBI Bank

Siddhartha Bank Limited has completed the allotment of its debenture titled "SBL Debenture 2091", which was issued and open for sale from Ashad 29 to Ashad 32. The debenture carries a 10-year maturity period with an annual interest rate of 7.25%.

The bank had issued 2.5 billion rupees worth of debentures, totaling 2.5 million units at a par value of NPR 1,000 each. Out of the total, 1.5 million units were allocated for private placement and 1 million units for the general public. Among the public portion, 50,000 units were reserved for mutual funds. The issue manager for this debenture was NMB Capital Limited.

Similarly, Nepal SBI Bank Limited has completed the allotment of its debenture titled "7% Nepal SBI Bank Debenture 2090", which was open for issuance from Ashad 30 to Shrawan 1.

The bank issued 3 billion rupees worth of debentures, totaling 3 million units at a face value of NPR 100 each. Of these, 1.8 million units were allocated through private placement. Out of the remaining 1.2 million units, 60,000 were reserved for mutual funds and 1.14 million units were allotted to the general public on Shrawan 7. The issue manager for this debenture was Nabil Investment Banking Limited.
