Divyashwori Hydropower Limited (DHPL) has published its unaudited financial report for the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year. According to the report, the company's losses have increased compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year.

Increase in Losses: By the end of the last fiscal year, the company's losses reached NPR 39.1 million, up from NPR 38.2 million in the same period of the previous year.
Decline in Electricity Sales Revenue: The company's electricity sales revenue dropped from NPR 86 million to NPR 80.8 million, contributing significantly to the increased losses.
Decrease in Total Income: During the review period, the company's total income decreased from NPR 86.1 million to NPR 81.3 million, while total profit fell from NPR 81.8 million to NPR 73.6 million.
Earnings Per Share: The company's earnings per share (EPS) stood at a negative NPR 14.82, while the net worth per share was only NPR 7.82.
Paid-up Capital and Reserve Fund: The company’s paid-up capital is NPR 264 million, while its reserve fund is in a negative state at NPR 297.8 million.
