First Microfinance Offering 100,000 Promoter Shares for Sale at Minimum Price of NPR 280

First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has announced the sale of 100,000 promoter shares.

For now, the shares are available only to the existing promoter shareholders of the company. The minimum selling price per share has been set at NPR 280.

Interested promoter shareholders can submit their applications along with the required documents at the company's central office in Gyaneshwor within 35 days from the date of the notice.

The company clarified that this sale is restricted to internal promoters, and any future offerings to other parties will be decided later as per regulatory norms.
