Global IME Laghubitta Offers 6,969 Promoter Shares for Sale

Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the sale of 6,969 promoter shares to its existing promoter shareholders. Interested shareholders must apply within 35 days at the central office located in Pokhara–26, Bijaypur, specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase along with necessary documents. If no applications are received within the deadline, the shares will be offered to the general public. This provides an opportunity for promoters to increase their ownership.
