Gold and silver prices in Nepali market increase by 3,800 rupees in a week

In the Nepali market, the price of gold has increased by 3,800 rupees in the past week. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of hallmarked gold was 154,100 rupees per tola on January 26, which rose to 157,900 rupees per tola by Friday, January 4. During this period, the price of gold showed fluctuations, and by the end of the week, it nearly reached 158,000 rupees per tola.

Similarly, the price of silver has also increased. On January 26, the price of silver was 1,845 rupees per tola, which rose to 1,860 rupees on January 28 and 29. On February 1, it stood at 1,820 rupees, 1,830 rupees on February 2, 1,880 rupees on February 3, and 1,890 rupees on February 4. This indicates a rise in the price of silver as well in the market.
