Kathmandu – In the first two months of the current fiscal year 2082/83, the government’s budget expenditure has reached 9.17 percent. According to the Office of the Financial Comptroller General, out of the total budget of NPR 1.964 trillion, the government has spent NPR 180.17 billion by the end of Bhadra.

Looking at the breakdown, the current expenditure stands at NPR 114.18 billion out of the allocated NPR 1.180 trillion, which is 9.67 percent. On the other hand, under financial management, NPR 59.62 billion has been spent out of the NPR 375.24 billion allocation, accounting for 15.89 percent.
