Gurans Laghubitta Announces 15% Dividend: 14.25% Bonus Shares, 0.75% Cash

Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GLBSL) has announced a 15% dividend distribution to its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The Board of Directors, in its meeting held on Ashoj 8, decided to provide a 14.25% bonus share and 0.75% cash dividend (for tax purposes), making a total of 15%.

The proposed dividend will be distributed only after receiving approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
