Himalayan Bank Decides Not to Distribute Dividend

Himalayan Bank Limited has decided not to distribute any dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The decision was made during the meeting of the bank’s Board of Directors held on Monday, December 23 (Poush 7). According to the decision, the bank will submit its financial statements for the last fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank without proposing any dividend distribution. As a result, shareholders will not receive dividends for the concerned fiscal year.
