Himalayan Life Insurance CEO Manoj Kumar Lal Karn Resigns, Board Approves Resignation

Kathmandu, October 13 — Himalayan Life Insurance Limited has announced that its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Manoj Kumar Lal Karn, has resigned from his position, citing personal reasons. The resignation was approved by the company’s Board of Directors during its 54th board meeting held on Ashwin 27, 2082 (Monday).

According to the official notice signed by Mr. Ishwor Kumar Sedhai, Company Secretary, Mr. Karn submitted his resignation on Ashwin 27, 2082, and the board meeting held the same day at 4:00 PM accepted it.

The company has informed all relevant regulatory authorities, including the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), Nepal Insurance Authority, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), CDS & Clearing Limited, and the Office of the Company Registrar about the decision.
