Janak Kshetri Appointed as Independent Director of Shiva Shree Hydropower Ltd.

Shiva Shree Hydropower Ltd. has appointed Mr. Janak Kshetri as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors. The decision was made during the board meeting held on Wednesday, Jestha 15, 2081 (May 29, 2024) at 11:00 AM.

The company informed the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) through an official letter that Mr. Kshetri was appointed as per the regulatory provisions applicable to listed companies. Mr. Kshetri is a resident of Ward No. 4, Gunpalika, Gajofikar, Dhading.

The letter, signed by an authorized representative of the company, has also been forwarded to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the Office of the Company Registrar, and CDS & Clearing Limited for official record.
