Kalinchowk Darshan Calls AGM; Proposes 5% Bonus Shares

Kalinchowk Darshan Limited (KDL) has called its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve the dividend proposal from the profit of the previous fiscal year. The AGM is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, Poush 15, at Badrinath Hotel, Gaushala, Kathmandu, starting at 11:30 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal to distribute a 5 percent bonus share and an additional 0.263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Similarly, the AGM will also decide on issuing a 100 percent rights share based on the paid-up capital after the bonus adjustment. Other agendas include authorizing the Board to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association, approving board decisions, appointing directors, and appointing an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.

For AGM participation and dividend eligibility, the company has announced a book-closure date on Poush 1. Accordingly, shareholders registered in NEPSE till Mangsir 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the declared dividend.
