Kumari Capital Limited : 17% cash dividend

Kumari Capital Limited (KCL) has scheduled its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 25th Bhadra, 2082. The meeting will be held at Kumari Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 5:00 PM on the same day.

One of the key agendas of the AGM is the endorsement of the board’s proposal to distribute 17% cash dividend (including tax), amounting to a total of Rs. 6.80 crores.

Other agendas include the approval of the financial highlights of FY 2081/82 and the appointment of the auditor for FY 2082/83.
