Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited and Upper Syange Hydropower Limited Sign Share Registrar Service Agreement

Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited and Upper Syange Hydropower Limited have signed an agreement to provide share registrar services.

As per the agreement, Machhapuchchhre Capital will handle all share registrar-related services for Upper Syange Hydropower, including record-keeping of securities transactions, share transfers, name transfers, pledge registration, and updating shareholder records.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Upendra Malakar, Chief Executive Officer of Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited, and Mr. Bir Bahadur Ghale, Managing Director of Upper Syange Hydropower Limited.

Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited is a subsidiary of Machhapuchchhre Bank Limited and is actively involved in the capital market as a public limited merchant banker. It offers a range of services including securities underwriting, investment management, institutional advisory, depository participant services, issue and sales management, share registrar services, and mutual fund operations.
