Mahuli Laghubitta to Change Shareholding Structure

Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced that it will be changing its shareholding structure. The company was formed after the merger of the former Mahuli Laghubitta and Navakiran Laghubitta. At present, the ownership structure consists of 70% promoter shares and 30% public shares.

Now, the company has decided to transfer 5.72% of the promoter shares into the public group. After this change, promoter ownership will decrease to 64.28%, while public ownership will rise to 35.72%.

However, if any promoter shareholder does not wish to convert their shares into public shares, they must submit an application to the company’s central office at Agnisair Krishna Savaran–6, Mahuli, Saptari, within 35 days. If no application is submitted, it will be considered as approved, and the process of converting shares will move forward accordingly, the company stated.
