Nepal DP Limited to Hold 10th AGM on October 10

Kathmandu –
Nepal DP Limited has announced that its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashwin 24, 2082 (October 10, 2025, Friday). The decision was taken by the company’s Board of Directors in its meeting held on Ashwin 2, 2082.

The AGM will take place at the company’s registered office in Bhatbhateni, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.

Agenda of the Meeting

Ordinary resolutions include:

• The Chairman’s address and approval of the Board of Directors’ 10th annual report.

• Approval of the auditor’s report along with the balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement up to Ashad end, 2082.

• Appointment of an auditor for FY 2082/83 and approval of remuneration as per Section 111 of the Companies Act, 2063.

Special resolutions include:

• Appointment of directors.

• Determination of meeting allowances for the Board of Directors.

• Other miscellaneous matters.
