  • Financial management allocations have seen a slight increase, ensuring continuity in debt servicing and financial liabilities.

This year’s budget clearly aims to boost development and stimulate economic growth, with a strong focus on capital investment. However, the large share of recurrent spending and the need to improve execution capacity remain significant hurdles for the government.

The budget sets a foundation for inclusive growth, job creation, and strengthened service delivery across key sectors.
