On the expense side, the company bore NPR 298.09 million as direct operating expenses, NPR 13.76 million in employee benefits, and NPR 43.68 million in finance costs. In terms of financial position, Nepal Warehousing’s total assets increased to NPR 1.71 billion, up from NPR 1.63 billion a year earlier. However, total equity dropped to NPR 510.88 million compared to NPR 563.34 million last year, mainly due to accumulated losses. The company’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) is reported at NPR -8.13, while Net Worth Per Share stands at NPR 74.28. The Gross Profit Margin decreased to 8.26%, reflecting the rising operational and finance costs.
Overall, while Nepal Warehousing has shown strong revenue growth, profitability remains under pressure due to high borrowing and expenses. Investors will be closely monitoring whether the company can turn revenues into sustainable profits in the coming fiscal year.
