New Foreign Exchange Rates Published: How Much Is Each Currency Worth?

Nepal Rastra Bank has published the official foreign exchange rates for today. As per the update, the U.S. Dollar (USD) is being bought at NPR 137.28 and sold at NPR 137.88. The British Pound Sterling (GBP) continues to lead among major currencies, with a buying rate of NPR 185.15 and a selling rate of NPR 185.96.

The Euro (EUR) is quoted at NPR 160.56 (buy) and NPR 161.26 (sell), and the Swiss Franc (CHF) at NPR 172.41 (buy) and NPR 173.16 (sell). The Canadian Dollar (CAD) trades at NPR 100.42 (buy) and NPR 100.86 (sell), while the Australian Dollar (AUD) is at NPR 90.19 (buy) and NPR 90.59 (sell).

Among Asian currencies, the Japanese Yen (JPY) stands at NPR 9.32 (buy) and NPR 9.36 (sell) per 10 units, and the Chinese Yuan (CNY) at NPR 19.15 (buy) and NPR 19.24 (sell). The Indian Rupee is not listed.

Gulf currencies remain strong, with the Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) at NPR 449.45 (buy) and NPR 451.41 (sell), followed by the Bahraini Dinar (BHD) at NPR 364.15 (buy) and NPR 365.74 (sell), and the Omani Rial (OMR) at NPR 356.59 (buy) and NPR 358.15 (sell).
