Ngadi Group Power Limited Proposes 5% Dividend; Book Closure Set for Mangsir 14

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has announced a 5% dividend proposal for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the board meeting held on Mangsir 2, where the company approved a distribution of 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (for tax purposes) based on its paid-up capital of Rs. 3.70 Arba.
The company has also scheduled its 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Mangsir 25 at Smart Durbar, Kathmandu, starting at 9:30 AM. The AGM will include agendas to endorse the auditor’s report, profit and loss statement, financial statements, and cash flow report, along with the appointment of an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
Additionally, the book closure date for the proposed dividend has been set for Mangsir 14. Only shareholders who maintain their shares before this date will be eligible to receive the dividend. The dividend will be distributed only after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and final endorsement by the 12th AGM.
The company is also expected to brief shareholders on its current project progress and future plans during the AGM.
