NIC Asia Bank Opens Auction for Founder Shares of Suryodaya Womi Microfinance

NIC Asia Bank has opened an auction sale of founder shares of Suryodaya Womi Microfinance Financial Institution from today, Monday (Ashar 10). The bank is auctioning 61,805 shares of Suryodaya Womi under its ownership. The minimum bid price is set at NPR 308, and bids higher than this amount will be accepted through a sealed bid process.
Existing founders or any individual, company, association, or institution can apply to purchase these shares. Bids can be submitted until Ashar 17.
Auction applications can be submitted at NIC Asia Capital, Thapathali, Kathmandu, the central office of NIC Asia Bank in Thapathali, and branch offices in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, and Surkhet.
Interested participants are encouraged to apply in a timely manner to take advantage of the opportunity to purchase these shares. Through this auction, the bank is facilitating the sale of founder shares of the microfinance institution.
