Om Mogashree Pharmaceuticals' IPO Opens : Priority for Nepali Migrant Workers

Nepali pharmaceutical company Om Mogashree Pharmaceuticals has opened its IPO from today, Monday. In the first phase, the company is issuing shares for Nepalis working abroad.

Applicants in foreign employment can apply for the IPO until Falgun 5 (February 17, 2025), with a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares. Prabhu Capital is the issue manager for this IPO. Out of the NPR 600 million issued capital, 30% (1.8 million shares) have been allocated for the general public, including 180,000 shares reserved for Nepalis in foreign employment.

Currently, the company has an accumulated loss of NPR 37.1 million. Its earnings per share (EPS) stand at 98 paisa, while the net worth per share is NPR 91.15. The company has projected that it will remain in loss for the current fiscal year as well.
