Prabhu Insurance Announces Bonus Shares and Cash Dividend Proposal for Current Fiscal Year

Prabhu Insurance has proposed a dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2080/81. In the company’s 414th board meeting held on 2081/03/05, the financial statements and profit and loss account were approved based on the audit report. The board decided to distribute a total of 19.474% dividend from the paid-up capital of NPR 1,46,65,57,100. This includes 18.5% bonus shares worth NPR 2,71,31,71,075 and a 0.974% cash dividend (for tax purposes) amounting to NPR 1,42,86,020. This decision is subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) of the company. The proposal has been submitted to the Nepal Stock Exchange for official disclosure.
