Sanima GIC Insurance to Auction 580,000 Promoter Shares

Sanima GIC Insurance Limited has announced the auction of promoter shares. The company will auction 580,000 shares owned by various promoter shareholders, making them available for the general public to purchase.

Earlier, on Bhadra 8, the company had issued a 15-day notice offering the shares to existing promoter shareholders. However, as no applications were received, the shares will now be open to the general public.

Interested investors must submit their applications, specifying the desired quantity and price, along with the required documents, at the company’s registered head office in Tangal, Kathmandu within seven days from the date of notice publication.
