Sanvi Energy IPO Allotment Completed: Over 241,000 Applicants Receive 10 Shares Each

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) allotment of Sanvi Energy Limited has been successfully completed. The allotment process took place today at the office of the issue and sales manager, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, located in Thamel, Kathmandu.
Sanvi Energy had issued a total of 2,415,300 shares to the general public at a face value of NPR 100 per share, from Jestha 9 to Jestha 13, 2081 (corresponding to May 22–26, 2025).
The IPO received an overwhelming response, with a total of 2,043,249 applicants applying for 23,991,820 shares. Among these, 3,674 applications were rejected, and 2,030,157 applications were accepted, as confirmed by the issue manager.
Due to oversubscription, the shares were allotted through a lottery system. As a result, 241,530 applicants have been allotted 10 shares each.
