Shreenagar Agritech Gets Approval for IPO Issuance

On July 30, 2025, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) granted approval to Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The approval was given on the 13th of Shrawan. As per the permission, the company will issue 3,262,500 ordinary shares with a face value of NPR 100 each, totaling NPR 326.25 million. This represents 20% of the company’s issued capital. Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
