Siddhartha Bank Limited has published its unaudited financial report for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2081/82, showcasing strong performance with significant profit growth. According to the report, the bank has earned a net profit of NPR 5.37 billion during the review period, marking a notable increase compared to the same period last year. The bank’s net interest income stood at NPR 12.03 billion, while the operating profit reached NPR 6.24 billion. The distributable profit is reported at NPR 1.94 billion, indicating strong potential for future dividend distribution.

The bank’s Earnings Per Share (EPS) stands at NPR 16.65, with its paid-up capital at NPR 3.22 billion. In terms of financial indicators, the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) ratio is 3.08%, Credit to Deposit (CD) ratio is 81.42%, and the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is 13.76%, all well within regulatory compliance.

As per the stock market data, the bank’s share price during the fourth quarter peaked at NPR 452, hit a low of NPR 305, and maintained an average price of NPR 376.57. A total of 7.847 million shares were traded during this period.

The report highlights the bank’s focus on cost control, risk management, and digital transformation. Despite challenges from competitive market conditions, workforce management, and regulatory shifts, the bank stated that it is pursuing a sustainable growth strategy.
