Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited Proposes 19% Cash Dividend to Shareholders

Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited has announced the distribution proposal of a 19% cash dividend (including tax) to its shareholders from the profit of fiscal year 2081/82.

According to the notice published by the bank, the decision was made during the 439th meeting of its Board of Directors held on 31st Ashoj, 2082. The proposed dividend will be distributed to shareholders only after receiving approval from the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).

The bank’s board stated that this decision reflects its strong financial performance and commitment to providing consistent returns to shareholders while maintaining robust capital adequacy and sustainable growth.
