Support Laghubitta Calls Special General Meeting on Ashoj 4

Kathmandu — Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced that it will hold a Special General Meeting (SGM) on Ashoj 4 at Sky Lux Hotel, Itahari, Sunsari, starting at 11 AM.

The decision to convene the meeting was made by the company’s board of directors on Bhadra 14. The main agenda of the SGM is to approve the proposal to change the company’s capital structure.

At present, the ownership is divided as 70% promoter shareholders and 30% public shareholders. The meeting will propose to revise this ratio to 60% promoters and 40% public shareholders.

For this purpose, the company has decided to close its shareholders’ book on Bhadra 25. Only those shareholders registered in NEPSE by Bhadra 24 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
