Terhathum Power Company Announces 8th Annual General Meeting on Kartik 17

Kathmandu, October 14 — Terhathum Power Company Limited has announced that its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Kartik 17, 2082 (Monday) at 12:30 PM. The meeting will take place at Anupam Foodland & Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu. The decision was made during the company’s 58th Board of Directors meeting held on Bhadra 22, 2082.

The company, through its official notice, has invited all shareholders and stakeholders to attend the AGM and participate in the discussions and decision-making process.

The following key proposals will be presented for discussion and approval during the AGM:

1. Approval of the Board of Directors’ Annual Report for the fiscal year 2081/82.

2. Discussion and approval of the Auditor’s Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement for the same fiscal year.

3. Appointment of an External Auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and determination of their remuneration.

4. Authorization to the Board of Directors to make necessary amendments or adjustments if any suggestions, directions, or revisions are received from the regulatory authorities.

5. Discussion on miscellaneous matters.

According to the notice, shareholders wishing to attend the meeting must obtain an entry pass from the company’s registered office in Battisputali, Kathmandu. The company has also informed that its share registration book will remain closed from Kartik 12, 2082, and only shareholders registered up to Kartik 11, 2082 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
