Today is the Final Day to Apply for Bandipur Cable Car & Tourism IPO

Today (Bhadra 15) is the last day to apply for the IPO of Bandipur Cable Car & Tourism Limited. The company opened its IPO issuance to the public from Bhadra 11.
As approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), the company was permitted to issue 20.70% of its issued capital worth NPR 2.83 billion — a total of 5,860,000 ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 each.
Out of this, 566,000 shares were allocated to locals of the project-affected area, while 529,400 shares were reserved for Nepalis working abroad. Similarly, 264,000 shares were allocated for mutual funds, and 158,820 shares were reserved for company employees. The remaining 4,341,080 shares have been issued to the general public.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is serving as the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
